Leighton Meester is coming to a point in her life where she'll want to free herself from the shackles of The Gossip Girl character who made her name.
So what has she done?
The 26-year-old posed in a manner that would definitely not be acceptable to prissy Blair Waldorf... for Los Angeles-based Flaunt magazine.

Leighton stars as the cover girl for the November issue, which is on newsstands now, and in the issue itself she discards her top, gets fondled by another woman, and cavorts with two nude men.
'It was the best magazine cover shoot EVER,' Leighton says.
'Everyone was so open. The clothes were amazing and the pictures turned out great.'

Leighton also decided to cut off her hair after completing filming
Last month filming wrapped on the sixth and final season of the star's hit show Gossip Girl, after which she cut her hair short; as seen in the new shoot.
Leighton is currently dating Aaron Himelstein
Leighton and Aaron, 27, - who starred as a young Austin Powers in Gold Member - were first outed as a couple earlier this year when they were spotted holidaying in Brazil.

The low-key couple have largely kept their relationship out of the public eye unlike Leighton's Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively.
The next month is likely to be a bittersweet one for Leighton and her Gossip Girl co-stars with the long-running CW series coming to an end after five years.
It will be xoxo forever for the Gossip Girl gang on December 17 with the CW wrapping up its six-season run with a two-hour season finale.
