Like yin and yang: X Factor's Nicole Scherzinger wears white origami style dress as Tulisa opts for dramatic black gown

Nicole Scherzinger and Tulisa Contostavlos's sartorial choices have been a hot topic of conversation amongst X Factor fans.
And it seems the style battle between the two mentors is still in full swing as they stepped out in completely different looks on Saturday's show.
While Nicole sported an angelic look and showed off her incredible Pussycat Doll figure in a white mini-dress, Tulisa opted for a dramatic black lace floor length gown.

The two brunette's seemed to have opted for opposite outfits on Saturday's X Factor live show.
This week's theme was guilty pleasures, which may explain both judges style choiced as they clearly opted for outspoken outfits.
Mentor of the boys, Nicole, put her slim physique in the spotlight in a mini-dress that showed off her toned pins by Australian fashion brand Sass & Bide.
The elaborate white dress's fabric seemed a little like a complicated origami work, as she broke up the white ensemble with an electric blue pair of stilettos by Nicholas Kirkwood.

The former Pussycat Doll wore her hair swept back and kept her make-up simple and natural as she let the white dress do all the talking.
Meanwhile, Tulisa sported a more dramatic look as she stepped onto the stage in an extravagant black evening gown.
The dress by Forever Unique featured sequined, mesh and lace embellishments all the way down to the bottom, which ended in a mermaid silhouette.

The high neck, sleeveless dress hugged the N Dubz singer in all the right places and showed off her enviable curves.
Keeping up with the theatrical look, Tulisa opted to wear her hair in a half up-do and accentuated her brown eyes with a smoky-eye make-up look.
Though the look was a little more dark then Tulisa usually sports, and it wasn't a favourite amongst the X Factor audience, with one fan tweeting: 'It's the Wicked Witch... Oh no, it's just Tulisa in that dress.'
