Helen Flanagan causing more outrage on Instagram by 'plugging pro-anorexia messages'

She's done it again! Helen Flanagan heads out with friends after causing more outrage on Instagram by 'plugging pro-anorexia messages'

She got herself in hot water just a couple of months ago when she posted a picture of a gun on Twitter in the wake of the Sandy Hook Massacre.
And it seems like Helen Flanagan is at it again after allegedly plugging a craze called 'thinspiration', which encourages girls to be as skinny as possible.
The former Corrie star, who has now deleted the link, 'liked' an Instagram account which promotes staying slim, but held her head high amid the controversy as she headed out in Dublin last night.

According to The Sun, the actress shared photos from an account called skinnybikinibody, which shows picture of women under captions including: 'Craving is only a feeling.'
The svelte star might be trying to lead a healthy lifestyle, but plugging the pictures to her 27,000 followers has caused a fresh controversy while promoting a worrying message.
'I thought the pictures I liked on Instagram were private until now,' she told the newspaper, claiming to be unaware that her hoards of followers could see the photos she was sharing.

Helen had openly admitted to battling against eating disorders in the past, and last year told Closer Magazine:
'When I was younger I was completely obsessed with dieting – this diet, that diet – and now I look back and think I was really stupid.'
'It’s not that I don’t worry about my body sometimes, but now I realise there’s so much more to life than worrying about your weight.'
A spokesperson for the star said: 'Helen has always promoted fitness and healthy eating and has been a positive healthy, and curvy role model to young girls.'

The 22-year-old caused outrage back in December when she posted a picture of herself pointing a gun to her head, not long after commenting on the Sandy hook tragedy.
She immediately apologised for her actions and deleted the posts before going on Daybreak to admit to the nation that her actions were wrong.
Speaking on show, she described posting the picture as 'the stupidest thing I've ever done in my life' and admitted that it referred to a hangover.
But it doesn't seem that the blonde I'm A Celebrity star has learnt from incident, causing more controversy on the public site.
