Twerk it, girl! Miley Cyrus shows off her pop star training as she pulls off tricky dance routine while wearing a unicorn onesie

Miley Cyrus proved she truly can't be tamed when she put on a unicorn onesie to perform an energetic dance.

The Liberty Walk singer shared a video of her dancing to J Dash's track Wop wearing the grey all-in-one suit.

The 20 year old showed she hasn't forgotten her pop star roots as she gyrated and fist pumped to the popular hip hop track.

Miley previously tweeted a picture of herself wearing the comfortable outfit. The dance style, known as 'twerking', requires a lot of rump shaking and squatting, something which Miley performed with ease.

In the two minute clip, Miley dances against a white background, and her face is obscured by the hood of the comedy costume.

In fact, if it wasn't for when she shows her face at the end, you wouldn't even be able to tell it was the child star.

Miley previously tweeted a picture of herself wearing the comfortable outfit.

And it seems like it is just as good for moving around in as it is for slobbing around at home.

Fans were delighted with Miley's twerking video, and her celebrity friends were also quick to praise the petite actress, who shot to fame as Disney's Hannah Montana.

Amber Rose and Pharell Williams both retweeted the video, which Miley originally posted on her Facebook page.

The dinosaur she spoke of was her own comedy onesie, which is designed to look like a prehistoric lizard.

Another famous friend loving Miley's moves was Will.i.Am, who tweeted: 'check out my homegirl.'

The upbeat clip shows that Miley might be feeling happier about the state of her relationship after her her engagement to actor Liam Hemsworth hit a rough patch.

After a two week promotional tour of the Philippines and a quick break in his native Australia, the Hunger Games star arrived back in Los Angeles on Wednesday night to meet with his girlfriend.
