She is certainly comfortable with sharing intimate details of her life on social media.
And for a glossy magazine shoot, it seems Chrissy Teigen is happy to go one step further and bare all.
The 29-year-old strips off for a Valentines spread in the latest GQ Magazine, with husband John Legend toasting a glass of champagne.

Shot across different date spots in New York, the pair stylishly showed off their saucy sides in the spread, which hits newsstands Tuesday.
In one image in particular, the couple were certainly not shy while surrounded in desert at Narcissa inside The Standard in the East Village.
Clearly forgetting their table manners, in the sultry snap, Chrissy is lying across the table with her legs resting on the edge of the booth while her 36-year-old husband leans over her smiling.
While the pose was already rather spicy, the Sports Illustrated model turns up the heat in a plunging gown by Saint Laurent that also features a very short hemline allowing her to show off her long legs and Giuseppe Zanotti-clad feet.

But the couple were not done there, in another image for the spread they share a rather stylish kiss New Museum.
With the artwork of Chris Ofili as backdrop, the husband and wife share a smooch against a wall.
Once again, Chrissy gets a chance to show off her famed physique in barely there designer clothing, this time in a matching pair of hot pants and long sleeved cropped top by Hervé Léger.
While the shoot may have been very sexy, in the interview the couple also touch on more serious issues.

John revealed that following the Eric Garner decision in New York, they sent food trucks to support those protesting.
He said proudly: 'That was Chrissy's idea. Originally, we were thinking about buying out a restaurant, but we realized we should bring the food to them.'
John's song Glory from Selma has now also become a critical protest tool and won him a Golden Globe earlier this month.
The song - which he wrote with rapper Common - has also earned him an Oscar nomination.
